MY STORY

I reached the summit. The climb changed me.

I spent the last decade and a half pursuing what I thought would be my life's work. I founded and built successful, high-growth companies now worth almost $100M, hired nearly 200 employees, and was able to positively impact millions of lives.

But, things change. I climbed a mountain that few get to summit, yet my mental, physical, and spiritual health had taken a backseat and I was in need of a break. With a little clarity and perspective I stepped back and hit the reset button. In that reflection journey, the choice was clear: it was time to hang up my CEO hat in exchange for a new one more aligned with who I have become.

I now coach founders and leaders who want to pursue excellence both as leaders and as people. Together, we will overcome the hurdles you see (and the ones you might not see yet), and prepare you for the ones you’ll inevitably face in the future, so you’re equipped to lead with even more clarity, authenticity and confidence.

Peer Groups

Peer groups are a leader’s secret superpower. I curate and facilitate select peer groups of CEOs & leaders. Each peer group is made up of a cohort of roughly 6-10 leaders working to learn from one another, identify and master new skills, and grow as leaders in both business and life.
